There are no experts of tomorrow, only of yesterday
An old clockmaker once said he was the “expert of time.” He could repair any watch, fix any gear, and explain yesterday’s designs with perfect wisdom. One day, a boy asked him, “Sir, you know everything about yesterday’s clocks… but do you know tomorrow?” The old man froze. His knowledge reached only into the past. He could explain what was, but not what will be. And that’s the truth about life: there are no experts of tomorrow, only of yesterday. Tomorrow belongs to the learners, the dreamers, the risk-takers who dare to step where no book has been written and no guide has been drawn. So don’t wait to be an “expert” before you move. Don’t fear mistakes. Don’t hold back because the future feels uncertain. The past makes you wise, but the future makes you brave. And it is the brave who shape tomorrow.
