Consistency in building a skill

Consistency in building a skill

My journey in graphic design taught me one simple truth: without consistency, a skill can’t be developed into something you can monetize or use to serve others.

If you’re learning a new skill, stay consistent. Treat your energy as nonnegotiable.

Some days you’ll look at other designers’ work and feel like quitting because their pieces look flawless next to yours. You’ll watch tutorial after tutorial and still feel stuck. That’s normal. Progress isn’t always visible day to day.

Keep showing up. Do the work, even when it feels small. Over time those small actions compound into real skill, confidence, and opportunity.
