The journey that made the cap and gown possible
I used to start my days before sunrise and end them long after midnight From early mornings to late nights, side hustles to assignments, I poured everything into one goal to graduate. Four years ago, I stepped into the University of Zimbabwe with a dream: to earn my Bsc (Hons) in Forensic Accounting. The journey was anything but easy. Balancing school with side hustles taught me discipline, resilience and the value of hard work. One of my most valuable experiences came from my internship at CBZ Bank. The exposure, mentorship and practical knowledge I gained there were priceless and I am deeply thankful for the opportunity. Today, I’m proud to say the sacrifices were worth it, I am officially a graduate. To my family, friends, lecturers and mentors — thank you for being my support system. Here’s to the next chapter, bigger dreams and endless growth!
